December 7, 1941: the U.S. naval base at Pearl Harbor sustains a devastating attack, drawing America into World War II. But this ‘day of infamy’ is also the catalyst for President Franklin Delano Roosevelt to gather a group of heroes the likes of which has never been seen. Heeding the call to arms are crimefighters from the Justice Society of America and the Seven Soldiers Soldiers of Victory, along with myriad other mystery men and women, all of whom band together as the All-Star Squadron.
